Customer review

• Check every photo for clarity and orientation.
• Check names, dates, spelling and custom text.
• Confirm the selected size, layout and frame finish.
• Review cropping and any supplied design preview.

Image quality

Low-resolution, blurred, dark or heavily compressed images may produce a softer print. Framzy may flag obvious quality concerns, but the customer remains responsible for the supplied file.

Approval

Production may begin after the final details or preview are approved. Changes may not be possible after that point.

Content rights

You must have permission to reproduce every image, logo and piece of artwork supplied. Framzy may refuse unlawful, abusive or infringing content.

Returns and defects

Custom products are not returnable for customer-supplied spelling, photo, date, size or design mistakes. Verified damage, defects or Framzy production errors remain covered by the Return & Refund Policy.
